- Penguin Sushi Bar is the latest release from HyperBeard that lets you run a freezing restaurant
- Make delicious sushi, recruit talented staff and serve VIPs (very important penguins)
- Get idle rewards and play offline when it arrives on January 15, or already on Android!
Penguins love fish, that’s a fact. And it’s hard not to when you’re forced into the frozen wastes of the southern hemisphere. So it seems logical that these flightless birds also like sushi. So it’s no surprise that HyperBeard’s latest release focuses on such a storyline with Penguin Sushi Bar: Idle Game!
If you’re wondering what to expect from Penguin Sushi Bar, it’s written right on the box. You’ll assemble a team of culinaryly talented penguins to run a sushi bar serving delicious, fresh sushi to a wide variety of customers who pass by.
You’ll be able to recruit distinctive penguins with different skills, make different types of sushi, and earn rewards left unused while you’re not playing. This is in addition to the ability to upgrade your sushi bar, use different boosters to strengthen your culinary abilities, or serve VIPs (very important penguins) who visit your restaurant.
Black and white
Yes, Penguin Sushi Bar is as simple as it gets, but with adorable artwork and a relaxing soundtrack, I find virtually nothing objectionable about HyperBeard’s latest release. As with many of HyperBeard’s releases, it seems very niche but has a competent and distinctive style that seems to mark his catalog.
Penguin Sushi Bar is apparently available on Android, but if you’re an iOS user, you’ll have to wait until January 15 to get your hands (wings?) on this culinary simulator.
