All three phones are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor for Galaxy. The Galaxy S25 Ultra boasts a better camera setup, S Pen, display, and more. This is to be expected, as this is the flagship model. All three phones are already available for pre-order, while they will be available for purchase in stores from February 7. Pricing starts at $799.99.
