Google makes a new version of the Pixel Camera application available for download via Google Play Store; However, the update seems to be a small patch with bug corrections based on the apple pixel camera application version 9.7 (via 9TO5GOOGLE).
The new version of the Pixel Camera application has a version number of 9.7.047.710329721.21and replaces the version 9.7.047.702121536.18. It has a download size of 574 mega -typing, although the update is of course smaller if you have already installed the application on your Pixel phone. The update is widely available for all eligible pixel phones, including the last Google Pixel 9 series. There are no new features listed in the Changelog for the application, and there are no modifications Visible after installing the update. As such, it is almost certainly a minor patch with bug corrections or safety fixes, or both.
More recently, version 9.7 of the Pixel Camera application has added some new features. The update reintroduces manual controls for certain camera settings, such as brightness, white balance and shadows. It is through a new Quick access Control section that you can press the Pixel Camera viewfinder. This reverses a modification made with version 9.1 of the Pixel Camera application which made these controls more difficult to access.
In other news, V9.7 also added the double -screen portrait mode for the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and Pixel Fold. The previous version 9.6 added an underwater mode, access in easier astrophotography mode and vertical panoramas.
