Apple deploys its latest update and it comes with new emojis, intelligence features and more.
The update, iOS 18.4, was published Monday. In addition to the eight confirmed emojis, Apple announced that the developers have published an initial set of Apple Intelligence features on Apple Vision Pro in English.
“From today, with the availability of iOS 18.4, iPados 18.4 and MacOS Sequoia 15.4, Apple Intelligence’s features are now available in many new languages,” Apple wrote in the press release. “In addition, iPhone and iPad users in the EU have access to Apple Intelligence’s features for the first time.”
The update is also delivered with recipes in Apple News + and Ways users can organize and filter their photo libraries, said Apple on its support website.

The iOS 18.4 update introduced eight new emojis, in particular:

Emoji’s announcement occurred just before rumors about new emojis inspired by popular musicians are starting to circulate. Pro vision users can also use Image Games Area for the first time. The application, supplied by Apple Intelligence, allows users to transform descriptions, concepts or people from their photo-library into new images.

According to Apple, all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max now have new features from Apple Intelligence.

The developers also made sketch available as a style option in Image Playground, which allows users to create sketch style drawings.
The features of Apple’s intelligence now support eight other languages and two additional English places, notably English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese and simplified Spanish.
Recipes and dishes on Apple News +
According to Apple, the Apple News + application now includes recipes, a consultable catalog that users can find and record recipes, as well as the cooking method with step -by -step departments.
The Apple News + food section also includes stories about restaurants and advice.
New research and sorting filters in the Apple Photos Application
Apple has announced on its assistance website that the Apple Photos app was responsible for new research and sorting filters. The filters allow users to display or hide the elements that are not contained in an album or synchronized from a Mac or a PC in the view of the library.
Users can also reorganize elements in media and utility types and sort by the oldest or most recent first.
Users can now sort the albums on the date on which they have been modified and deactivate the “recently visualized” and “recently shared” collections in the settings.
Finally, the developers have made sure that hidden photos are no longer included when users import Mac or a PC, but they must have “use the front ID” activated in the settings.
Safari research
Safari users can now use the “recent research” suggestion function to quickly return to previous research subjects when starting a new request, Apple said.
New configuration assistant features and infermeable screen time
The configuration assistant was adjusted to rationalize the steps that parents take when creating a child’s account, said Apple. The configuration assistant sets up the default settings adapted to children in case users should finish customization of a child’s parameters later.
For families using the Screen Time application, limits remain in place even if a uninstalling child and reinstalls an application, said Apple.
Updates of the App Store
Those looking for applications in the App Store can see summaries of user reviews to take a look at what others say, said Apple.
Users who download or update applications can also take a break and resume the process without losing progress.
Home, podcasts, music and new languages
Apple Podcasts users now have access to a widget displaying their followed shows, the latest episodes, the recorded and downloaded episodes.
Ambient music users can now play music from the control center, giving them access to the hand -organized reading lists, Apple said.
Apple Fitness + collections can now be added to the library and certain robot vacuum cleaners can be checked in the domestic application.
Finally, the support is now available in 10 new system languages such as Bangla, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamoul, Telugu and Ourdou.
