Meta would have prohibited the use of Apple Intelligence’s features for four of its applications. Initially available on Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Metal Threads, Genmoji and writing tools seem to have been limited for certain users.
It seems that Meta may have started to delete the features of Apple Intelligence in December 2024, which caused confusion among many iPhone users who wanted to use the features on Meta Apps. Although most applications have integrated management for Apple Intelligence’s features, developers can choose not to use them, and it seems that Meta has done so.
On the other hand, Apple Intelligence’s writing tools always seem to be available on X (formerly Twitter), Bluesky and Signal.
