Alterra iOS, a leading player in the outdoor industrial storage sector (iOS) which has acquired more than 300 sites nationwide, acquired 16 iOS locations totaling 34.8 acres usable from Trugreen, the largest lawn care provider in the country.
The 16 properties, acquired thanks to an acquisition at three years at triple network, are occupied 100% and include a collective of 326,400 square feet of storage, maintenance and offices.
