Billy Ray Cyrus Files for Annulment of Marriage to Wife Firerose 7 Months After Marriage

11:04 a.m. PT — TMZ obtained Billy Ray Cyrus‘ docs — and it lists their separation date as May 22, 2024. As for why he filed for divorce, BRC cites irreconcilable differences… as well as “inappropriate marital conduct.”

Billy also asks the court to grant him an outright conviction cancelation, claiming that the marriage was obtained by fraud. It also appears that Billy gave Firerose a deadline of May 24 to move out of the house… while initially paying $500/night over a ten-day period for temporary housing.

After that…the documents say Billy will pay Firerose $5,000/month to obtain suitable housing in Tennessee for a period of 90 days, or until the divorce is finalized – whichever comes first. He must pay her $5,000 on the first of each month.

Billy Ray filed for divorce from his latest wife last month, less than a year after they were married. The divorce case says there are no minor children between them…and it appears Billy submitted his paperwork in late May, without anyone noticing.

With only 7 months under their belt as a married couple, Billy Ray and Firerose didn’t have any children while they were together…so no child support deal to be made here.

Divorce marks the end of Billy Ray’s third marriage…he was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991, when they divorced. His second wife is Tish Cyrusthey were husband and wife for 3 decades and had three children together — including Miley, Braison And Noah–until Tish filed for divorce in April 2022.
