This is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, which we plan to be announced in July alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 will display a 3.6 -inch blanket screen with a 6.8 -inch interior screen. This makes the two larger screens, coming from 3.4 inches and 6.7 inches on the Galaxy Z Flip 6, respectively. The dimensions also increased slightly to 166.6 x 75.2 x 6.9 mm, or 9.1 mm thick with the bump of the camera. This larger cover screen will be pleasant, however, the Motorola Razr + 2024 (Razr Ultra 50) always has a larger cover screen, and it was released almost a year ago.
Samsung should continue to use the double camera configuration on the Galaxy Z Flip 7, with a 50 megapixel primary sensor and a 12 megapixel ultrawid. Although these sensors are similar to the surface, they are probably improved sensors. The decision on the processor that Samsung will use has not yet been confirmed, as we have seen reports on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 using Exynos 2500, as well as reports indicating that Samsung will not use it, due the rate of return of this chipset. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 will continue to be offered with 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage.
Prices should stay the same
An important aspect to note on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 this year is that the price should remain the same. From $ 1,099. This is not surprising, because Samsung increased the price of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Flip 5 a few years ago, and we did not see a price increase on the Galaxy S25 series earlier this year.
Samsung also uses a much less visible fold on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 (and the fold 7) this year. This comes from a few different cans, saying that it has not really disappeared, but it is much less visible compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
