Sources say she’s had a crush on Cooper for a while.
Late last week, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper sparked rumors when they were spotted together in New York and now, sources close to the model and her mother are explaining that she has a crush on him. Oscar-nominated actor for “a while.” ” which will make for an extremely cute story if and when the two finally go public with their romance. But, as excited as we all are, these sources say things are casual for now.
“They’re having fun,” a source shared with People. “She’s independent, busy and her days are filled with responsibilities, so I don’t see anything bad happening right away, if at all.” The same source noted that Hadid has had “kind of a crush on (Cooper) for a while” and might be open to making things a little more serious.
“(They have) things in common, so it is possible to see them progress,” they added. “It seems super casual now, but they both have kids, great careers, busy lives and understand what life is like in those circles. Cute…and there’s an attraction.

The source also noted that Hadid is considering dipping her well-heeled toes into acting, which could be another reason she’s getting close to Cooper. In addition to walking the runway, Hadid is the face of Coca-Cola, is mother to daughter Khai and runs her knitwear brand, Guest in Residence. Adding camera time to that stacked resume might seem daunting, but something tells us she’ll have no problem juggling it all.
Cooper and Hadid were seen together for the first time Thursday evening on the famous Via Carota. Then, on Sunday, they were seen in an SUV with Cooper behind the wheel.
Cooper was last linked to model Irina Shayk. They dated from 2015 to 2017 and share a daughter together. Hadid was rumored to be dating Leonardo DiCaprio after the two were seen together at a New York Fashion Week after-party in September 2022.
