Apple concluded its 18.3 -week beta 18.3 cycle, and normally new beta would have already arrived. But we are still waiting for iOS 18.4 Beta 1. Fortunately, the wait should be over soon.
iOS 18.4 Beta 1 should arrive in next week
Software outings at Apple follow a fairly predictable calendar, where new beta generally arrive in the days following a large launch of public software.
This time, this did not happen. IOS 18.3 was launched at the end of January, but here we are in mid-February that still expects new beta.

At the end of last week, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman pointed out that he expected the beta version of iOS 18.4 to make his debut between the “midst of next week (this week) and the start of the following week”.
This week has passed without beta. But at the beginning of next week, it seems to be a safe bet.
Monday, February 17, is President’s day in the United States, so don’t expect a beta release.
Wednesday, February 19 is the special launch day of the new Apple products. So we will probably not see iOS 18.4 stealing its thunder.
This means, if Gurman proves the law, Next Tuesday February 18 is the beta release date likely iOS 18.4.
It is always possible that he can slide later in the week, but an outing for some time next week seems almost certain.
For what? Because Apple has already said that iOS 18.4 will be sent publicly in April. So he can’t wait to start the beta test period for the various Apple Intelligence and Siri upgrades.
A longer wait between beta is unusual, but not unprecedented
It is unusual that there were three full weeks ago between beta drops, but it happened not long ago.
