Apple has been testing internally iOS 18.5 since at least the beginning of February, according to a Macrumors report. The website indicates that he saw aircraft execute iOS 18.5 appear in his visitors to visitors.
Although new beta appear in web newspapers are not unusual, BloombergLast week, Mark Gurman reported that Apple planned to delay or limit at least some of his Apple intelligence features promised for Siri to iOS 18.5. The cause of the possible delay would be due to bugs and other software engineering problems.
Apple had initially planned to be improved by Siri’s features in iOS 18.4, explains Gurman, including awareness of the screen, understanding the personal context of a user and deeper controls by application.
Apple should publish the first beta version of iOS 18.4 to developers this week, and it is always possible that at least some of Siri’s planned improvements can always make an appearance in iOS 18.4.
The Apple website always suggests that iOS 18.4 is planned for an April version, but this period could change due to the bugs reported in Apple Intelligence for Siri.
The first beta iOS 18.5 should be sown to developers in April, and this update would probably be published to the public in May.
