Apple’s iOS 19 launches in June with a Visionos, Siri more intelligent and live Inspiration for Airpods.
Apple is preparing to launch iOS 19 in June, and the next software update presents itself as one of the greatest years. Although the official unveiling will take place at WWDC 2025, leaks and reports have already given us an overview of what to expect. From an interface redesigned to improved Siri capacities, and live translates with Airpods, iOS 19 should make exciting changes. Here is a detailed overview of what is happening.
Reworked design with a visionos touch
Apple should introduce the most important design overhaul since iOS 7. According to a macrumors report, iOS 19 will adopt a visionos type interface. The application of the camera will see a major overhaul with larger steps and translucent controls. This new design language should extend to notifications, integrated Apple applications, etc.
Siri smarter and more personalized
Apple has worked on a more advanced version of Siri, capable of understanding the personal context and providing more in -depth integration with applications. The upgrade will allow Siri to recover the relevant information from your emails and messages.
Although these features were initially previewed at WWDC 2024, Apple delayed deployment. They should now arrive with iOS 19.4 or a subsequent update.
Translate live with AirPods
One of the remarkable characteristics of iOS 19 will be the live translation for Airpods. This function will allow the translation of language in real time during conversations.
This feature will be similar to the live translation of Google and will require an update of the AirPods firmware to operate.

Apple is legally required to introduce several modifications to comply with the European Union digital market law. Some key requirements include:
- Tirers intelligent watches must be able to interact with iOS notifications by 2025.
- Automatic audio switching between Apple devices (used by Airpods and Beats) must be made available to third party headphones by 2026.
- Apple must allow third -party alternatives to Airdrop and Airplay in future updates.
These changes will make iOS more open to third -party accessories and services.
iOS 19 should support all iPhones that can execute iOS 18. Here is the list of compatible models:

Although the older models get the update, certain features may be limited due to the material constraints.

Apple should announce iOS 19 to WWDC 2025 in June, the first beta developer launched immediately after. A public beta version will follow in July and the final release is expected in September 2025, alongside the iPhone 17 series.
