Sometimes these are strings and references in beta versions of upcoming operating systems that leak release dates of planned products.
According to a private account post on The post suggests that Apple will announce these devices by March or April, before the release of iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4.
The account, which has a proven track record when it comes to iOS information, leaked the build numbers of these iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 versions.
The leaked builds are as follows:
- iOS 18.3 for iPhone SE (4th generation) (22D8062)
- iPadOS 18.3 for iPad 11 and iPad Air (2025) (22D2060)
- iPadOS 18.3 for iPad 11 and iPad Air (2025) (22D2062)
Apple distributed Release Candidate versions of iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 this week, and the updates are expected to be made public next week.
The next-generation iPhone SE will reportedly have a similar design to the base iPhone 14 or iPhone 16. Rumored features of the device include a 6.1-inch OLED display, Face ID, USB-C port, a single 48-megapixel rear. a camera, a newer A-series chip, and increased 8GB of RAM for Apple Intelligence support, as well as the first Apple-designed 5G modem.
The entry-level iPad 11 is expected to feature the A17 Pro chip along with 8GB of RAM, which would enable Apple Intelligence support on the device.
There have been conflicting rumors about whether the next iPad Air models will feature the M3 chip or the same M4 chip as the latest iPad Pro models. A recent leak pointed to the device having an M3 chip.
Apple is also expected to launch new Magic Keyboards expected for iPad 11 and iPad Air devices.
