Microsoft has introduced a SWIFT client for its Signalr for ASP.NET library, allowing iOS developers to add real -time web functionalities to their applications.
Signalr SWIFT is a customer library to connect to signalr servers from SWIFT applications, according to Microsoft. The customer also works with the Azure signalr service.
Introduced into a public overview April 22The SIGNAL SWIFT Customer is repairing a situation in which iOS developers who wanted real -time bidirectional communication with signalr necessary to count on customers built by the community or to make their own rapid implementation, both of which caused maintenance and compatibility problems, said Microsoft. With the new customer, iOS developers can add real -time features such as cats, notifications and live dashboards on Swiftui or Uikit applications, and take advantage of full signal features, including centers, groups and customer / server streaming on iOS and macOS.
