MKE Tech Hub Coalition launches AI implementation program for manufacturers

THE Coalition Mke Tech HubA non-profit organization dedicated to the growth of technological talents and to strengthen the region’s technological ecosystem, launches a program to help manufacturers in mid-term to implement artificial intelligence solutions in their business. The SYNAPSE program is designed to help small and medium manufacturers who may be delayed in the field of rapidly evolving technology. “While large manufacturers have resources to navigate emerging technologies, mid-term manufacturers in our region often do not have the internal expertise and the support necessary to follow the pace of technological changes,” said Kathy HenrichCEO of Mke Tech HUB Coalition. “Synapse guarantees that these vital companies can assess and implement AI solutions that stimulate real commercial value.” The initiative offers four key services: strategic consulting services, executive education, proof of value implementations and peer learning networks. Synapse brings industry veterans, educational establishments and technological companies to provide manufacturers with full support throughout their AI journey. “What makes the synapse unique is our concentration on practical adoption and focused on AI,” said Sanjay MohanExecutive director of AI strategy at Mke Tech Hub Coalition. “We do not promote technology for technology. Instead, we help manufacturers identify their most urgent commercial challenges and to determine where AI can make measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and competitiveness. This approach considerably reduces the risk of implementation while accelerating value time.” Several organizations have already joined the SYNAPSE program to offer expertise, including the Milwaukee IA Council Median advice; North Carolina based 100 Joulesadvice for manufacturers; In Chicago ENSYLONA consulting company in IT and IT services; and based in Brookfield Competitionalso a consulting company in IT and IT services. By extending from North Carolina, 100 Joules has selected Milwaukee as next strategic growth market. The company plans to establish a local presence in 2025. “The industrial legacy of Milwaukee and the avant-garde leadership make it the perfect expansion market for 100 joules”, said Tom McFadyenCEO of 100 joules. “Thanks to this partnership, we will connect manufacturers with Global First Movers, taking care to be able to experiment, build, buy and invest in processing technologies before the curve.” Manufacturers interested in participating in the SYNAPSE program can contact Mke Tech Hub Coalition at any time to organize an initial consultation. During the consultation, experts will examine the specific challenges of each company, will assess where they are in their path to technology and determine which Synapse services would be the most beneficial for their organization.
