“We celebrate the upcoming NFL Draft, the dropping of Klutch Athletics Season 2, and New Balance’s growing presence in American Football,” the brand said in a press release Thursday announcing the opening of a pop-up store. “This eye-catching space reflects the brands position at the intersection of sport and culture.”

The Klutch Athletics brand was established a little over a year ago and offers training clothing for athletes participating in junior, collegiate and professional sports.
“There is currently a gap that we can fill: creating a functional training product, but with style,” Paul said in a February 2023 press release announcing the brand. “We’ve seen other brands move away from youth sports and training, so we’re focused on bringing a new look to training for the next generation.”
Color inspiration came from New Balance’s signature grays, moving from the darkest gray to the lightest gray in the palette, and complemented by a touch of green, the press release states.
The Klutch Athletics by New Balance pop-up store will also feature DJ performances on April 25 and 26 and Paul, Will Anderson Jr., a defensive end for the Houston Texans, and Chase Young, a defensive end for the New Orleans Saints, will be at the store on Thursday from noon to 1 p.m.
Students from Cass technical high school will also be welcomed in this space.
“It’s important for us to not only be present at events like the draft, but also to have real engagement with the community and come together for positive change,” Paul said in a mailed statement electronic.
The store will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 25 and 26.
