The next wave of Apple’s major software updates is still about three months old, but some small iOS 19 and Visionos 3 details have surfaced.
First of all, BloombergMark Gurman today Briefly mentioned that iOS 19 will probably expand certain existing features of Apple Intelligence to more Apple applications.
Second, he was told that Visionos 3 will be an update “fully fully”, but he has not described any new specific feature that is coming.
Visionos 2.4, currently in beta, is also a big update. It extends Apple Intelligence to Vision Pro, introduces a new spatial gallery application with space content, and even more. The update will be published to the general public in April.
There were rumors on the update of the pro vision with an M5 chip from the end of 2025, but 2026 seems more likely. Gurman believes that the pro vision, which he described as a “commercial flop”, will probably not be updated this year.
