LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM ET tonight we will see another round of severe thunderstorms with damaging winds, isolated tornadoes, hail, and potentially widespread flash flooding. Please have multiple ways to receive an alert tonight.

Lows will be in the 60s. Rain will leave our area before dawn Monday morning, leaving us with drier weather and some sunshine. A pop-up shower cannot be ruled out in the afternoon, but most will stay dry. High temperatures will be around 80 degrees Monday.

Showers and isolated showers could arrive from the north late Monday night into the early hours of Tuesday morning. Most will stay with just a few clouds during this time, as lows drop into the 50s to near 60 degrees.

Tuesday looks good with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the 70s to near 80 degrees in the afternoon.

Wednesday and Thursday are cooler days with highs in the 70s as cold air aloft moves in from the north. Expect warmer air, humidity and the chance of scattered storms to return next weekend.
