Nothing Phone adds Circle to Search with Android 15 update


Google’s Circle to Search feature, which debuted on Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices in early 2024, is now coming to the Nothing Phone series with the new Android 15 update launching this month.

Currently rolling out, Circle to Search is available on Nothing Phone (2), Nothing Phone (2a) and Nothing Phone (2a) Plus with Android 15 (Nothing OS 3.0). The Nothing feature saidis added after the three devices “[passed] additional tests.

There is no mention that “other” Nothing Phone models “will support Circle to Search after upgrading to upcoming NOS 3.0 versions in the future”, specifically mentioning the Japanese regional variant of the Phone (2a). This implies that Nothing Phone (1) could add support.
