Penn State, Utah lead Week 7 uniform combinations


Week seven of the college football season brings a cleaner look.

The No. 6 Penn State Nittany Lions will wear throwback uniforms with a unique twist. The Virginia Tech Hokies return to an all-maroon uniform, while the No. 19 Washington State Cougars switch to an all-red uniform. The West Virginia Mountaineers put on a stylish display.

The No. 19 Utah Utes put on a black and red helmet for their game against the California Golden Bears, and it got a little hot.

The BYU Cougars usually have one of the best uniform combinations in college football, and this week is no different. The Cougars will take the opposite approach from the Mountaineers, combining white helmets and jerseys with blue pants.
