The Pixel 9a is a highly anticipated addition to the Android Mid-Glange segment. The leaks suggested that the phone will launch in March, so at any time now. If you can’t wait for Google to unveil the phone, you can buy it before its launch, because it seems that the Pixel 9A is already sold in certain regions. A critic has also already published a video of unpacking and references Pixel 9a, so there is practically nothing to flee.
As it is probably a regional reseller taking advantage of the pre-liberation request, the final retail price in regions like the United States could be closer to what we expect for the A Pixel A series.

The video shows the 9a pixel in all its flat camera bump and its thick glory of display glasses. With the Pixel 9A, users will probably get a SIM ejector tool and a USB-C to USB-C cable in the box. We can also take a look at flat aluminum in the middle of the frame, and the device apparently only weighs 187 g.
The video also shows that the Pixel 9a runs Android 15 out of the box. It also reviews a few landmarks, and the 9a pixel marks 1,049,844 on Antutu, 1,530 and 3,344 on the CPU reference with a single and multi-core geekbench 6, and 2,604 in the 3dmark extreme life stress test. The video also mentions that the phone extends to around 60% of its advanced performance during various stress tests, but it would not have been hot during these reference races.
The video also covers the 48 MP main rear camera, the 13MP secondary rear camera and the front camera, and there are a few photo and video samples to examine in the video.
The only remaining surprises seem to be the official details of prices and availability. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until Google officially unveils the product to learn them.
