Realterm acquires IOS truck terminal portfolio


Real terman independent global investment manager focused on transportation, has acquired an industrial off-site storage (IOS) truck terminal portfolio of 13 properties totaling 631,604 square feet on 131 acres in seven major U.S. markets.

The portfolio, 97 percent leased to 10 tenants, mainly consists of IOS truck terminals and IOS maintenance facilities. The acquired properties are located in major logistics markets such as Northern New Jersey, Dallas, Chicago, the Inland Empire, the Bay Area, Seattle and Orlando. Nick Murphy and Brian Budnick of Eastdil Secured facilitated the transaction and represented the seller.
