In its latest Android update, Telegram adds a support to watch videos from your TV via Chromecast devices (Google Cast).
Revealed in its last update changelogTelegram says that Android users can now “launch videos directly on their chromecast devices”. Previously, watch a video sent via Telegram on a distribution device should have downloaded the file and use alternative applications with distribution support.
Telegram explains:
Android users can now Throw videos directly on their chromecast devices – Whether you look at memes with friends or have important content during a meeting, take advantage of everything on the big screen!
Other updates include changes to “telegram stars” and the introduction of “Telegram gatewayยป, An improved and even more profitable user verification program.
