Adobe has just announced new Photoshop applications for the web and for the iPhone, and it will also arrive on Android “Soon”.
Photoshop is THE Application for writing photos, to the point where it is often used as a verb to describe mounting images. However, the application is traditionally available only for office platforms. It changes now, as Adobe has I just announced An extension to iOS and on the web after a first “mobile” start On the iPad in 2019.
From the web application, Photoshop will be available without download using a somewhat simplified experience. This is part of the new “Photoshop Mobile & Web Plan” which will include the possibility of synchronizing projects between Photoshop for iPhone and the web application. The plan also adds more features, including layer effects, “rapid actions”, AI generating features, and more. The free version on iPhone will support various modifications and will be able to save files in PSD format.
Adobe says that the following features are available for free:

- Import and export images while preserving file loyalty and image quality with Full resolution.
- Add, replace and create with a large library of Hundreds of thousands of ADobe’s free action assets.
The “Photoshop Mobile & Web Plan” is available for separately purchase, but is included in all Creative Cloud subscriptions which include access to Photoshop.
Photoshop for iPhone is available for download now via the App Store, but Adobe says it will arrive on Android “soon”.
