Those who are registered in Can now consult new features as part of the Beta 14.1 version, including the management of a few games. As things are, four Android games are available on compatible vehicle screens – ,, Farm Heroes Saga (Another match match match) and Racing of beach buggy. They could help you spend the time when, for example, you are waiting for your electric vehicle to take care of or pick up your children at school.
According to Who has tried the feature, you need to have the games installed on your phone to play them on your car screen. They will only be accessible only when the vehicle is parked. The publication noted that when you prepare to move the car, the game will close immediately. Until you park again, you cannot press a game to reopen it. Furthermore, 9TO5GOOGLE could not play Angry Birds 2 – The application remained stuck on an “Internet required” screen – however Beach buggy race seemed to work quite well.
Part of this beta version is also a full screen mode for applications. To go back from this, you may need to slide at the top of the screen. This gesture reveals an output button.
Google has announced the management of Android games in the latest Android Auto beta as part of Pixel devices. As Underlines, however, the cars with integrated Google already allow users to play a wider range of games while the vehicle is parked. As such, this seems to be a case of Google trying to give Android Auto Parity function with the cars that have integrated Google. However, it is not yet clear if or when Google plans to provide Android games and full support on the stable track of Android Auto.
