Google added thematic icons to Android a few years ago at this stage, but many applications have not yet adopted them. A long holdout, Microsoft Teams, has finally changed this, because the last Android update adds the management of thematic icons.
The thematic icons have been adopted by many applications, especially those of Google. For many, it is very possible to have an entire home screen that Above all Lots of themed icons, but almost everyone has at least one or two embarrassing applications that have not yet reversed the switch.
For many people, this probably includes Microsoft teams, the work application that they have no choice but to use.
In its latest update of the stable application, V1416, the Microsoft teams for Android now support thematic icons. Just switch the theme option on your home screen settings and the icon will correspond to your colors. The update was first identified by @intogalaxyy On Twitter / XAnd we have since confirmed it on several devices.
The other Microsoft applications, such as OneNote, Word, and more, have not yet been updated with thematic icons. If the meta was an indication, these applications could be following online.
