The final build number of the version has gone from 22D60, found on the candidate beta version, at 22d61, according to a private account on X, quoted by Macrumors.

It seems likely, since the candidate version has already arrived, that IOS 18.3 is about to appear. January was largely reported as the most likely period for the release and, as Apple usually chooses Monday or Tuesday to abandon its new software updates, this means Monday, January 27 or Tuesday, January 28.
