The storms will weaken and collapse as they move south after sunset. Sunday night is generally clear and dry for most cities. Expect a warm and muggy feeling with lows falling to around 73 degrees. By Monday, heat indices will be near 100, creating dangerously hot conditions. Heat indices will remain near or above 100 through Tuesday. A cold front will end this warm spell with widespread showers and thunderstorms Tuesday through Wednesday. Rain and a few thunderstorms are very likely on Wednesday. After that, it will get cooler and drier. Humidity will also be lower!
