Apple and Google have not reintegrated Tiktok in their application stores, because an American law entered into force on January 19, forcing its Chinese owner to sell it for reasons of national security or by facing a ban.
President Donald Trump, who took office the day after the entry into force of the law, has signed an executive decree aimed at delaying the application of the law by 75 days.
Trump said he was in talks with several people on the purchase of Tiktok and would probably have a decision on the future of the application this month. It has around 170 million American users.
The president signed a decree on Monday which commanded the creation of a sovereign fund in the next year, saying that he could potentially buy Tiktok.
US officials have warned that under Bydance, there was a risk that Americans will be poorly used.

The defenders of freedom of expression opposed the prohibition of Tiktok under the law, which was massively adopted by the Congress and signed by the president of the time, Joe Biden. The company claims that US officials have resulted in its links with China, arguing that its content recommendation engine and its user data are stored in the United States on the cloud servers operated by Oracle, while moderation of content decisions Affecting American users are also taken in the United States.
