Travis Kelce stays in his lane when it comes to sports.

In an excerpt from the Saturday, July 27, podcast “New Heights,” which Travis, 34, co-hosts with his brother JasonAt 36, the siblings wondered what Olympic sports they might be good at. “No swimming? » asked Phelps.

Travis replied with humor: “Lol too heavy, I don’t have the wingspan 😂.”

The Kelce brothers also speculated about their potential in bobsled before quickly dismissing the idea due to their poor driving skills.

“None of us know how to drive, I don’t know if that’s the best thing,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end admitted.

Jason added: “Yes, we have the Ed Kelce “Genes,” referring to their father’s notorious driving habits. He joked that their father’s driving style made them “put on rollers.” “I can’t get in the car with Dad,” he said.

The retired Philadelphia Eagles player joked that he got “seasick” while traveling with his father before revealing that his wife, Kylienoted that he drove the same way. Travis also confessed that others thought the same about his driving skills.

Currently, Travis is prioritizing his fitness ahead of the 2024-25 NFL season.

“The biggest thing was getting my body back in shape,” Kelce said during a news conference at Kansas City Chiefs training camp on Saturday. “Last year was pretty tough on my body and I mean, that’s just the way it is. I’ve had more snaps than a lot of guys, if not anyone in the NFL, in the last five or six years.”

Kelce added: “I’m very fortunate and very proud of that. But I know it’s taken a toll on my body, so I just need to rest my body and train harder and be able to handle a full 17- to 20-game season.”

In addition to his regular football workouts, the three-time Super Bowl winner works with various personal trainers to maintain peak fitness.

“I have my own personal trainer and on top of that I have the best in the world right here in Kansas City,” he noted.
