Even though it’s only pre-season, Wembanyama looks ready to take the spotlight. From dunks and blocks to lobs, the 7-foot-4 big man seems to be able to do it all.
NBA fans on X (formerly Twitter) were left in awe after his latest performance:

Just like the fans, Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich was impressed with Wembanyama, discussing his impact on the team when he spoke with reporters after the win:
Additionally, Wembanyama discussed his 23-point performance and his early days in the NBA:
Since being drafted by the Spurs with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 draft, Wembanyama’s performance has been closely watched, with fans hoping he can be the next big thing.
If Wembanyama continues to play at a high level during the regular season, NBA fans will be in for a treat because he’s like nothing we’ve ever seen.
