This week, Apple deployed iOS 18.4 Beta 2, filled with cooler features than its predecessor, the initial beta iOS 18.4. This update brings redesigned emoji characters, a whole new application and a variety of small improvements.
There are new Emoji characters in iOS 18.4, including bags under the eyes, fingerprints, a leave-free tree, root vegetables, a harp, a shovel and splashes:
In Beta 1, Apple added a functionality of notification priorities. In Beta 2, priority notifications can be configured by application by application, and it is no longer a parameter on or all. Priority notifications are highlighted in a separate section of the lock screen, so you see them first.
In the control center, there is now an Apple Intelligence section. It includes the TO Siri type option which was in the section Siri now remunerated, as well as new options for Siri and use of visual intelligence.
Apple has added a new action button option that activates visual intelligence, and it can be used as an alternative to the camera control button for visual Intelligence on iPhone 16 models.
