Is this the end of the wait?
Republished on February 28 with a semi-official response from Samsung moderators on the last leak and delayed a chronology of the user interface 7.
Android 15 is painfully late to come to the flagship products of Samsung. All except the new Galaxy S25 of course, which has sent with the new UI 7 operating system out of the box. But is the wait finally close to its end? Here is when you can expect your update.
First a summary on the reason why this is a critical upgrade for your phone. Samsung said “a user interface 7 improves security and privacy in the AI era”. Not only does the update provide specific security improvements to the Galaxy and an improved KNOX architecture, but it also brings the safety and confidentiality raft of Android 15 from Google.
We quickly approach security centered on the device for Android, which, we hope, will finally address the scourge of malicious software and the abuse of authorization which continues to afflict the platform. This requires AI treatment available to monitor what is really going on on your phone. Android 15 marks the start of this upgrade for telephones capable of AI.
But while the pixels have had access to Android 15 since last year, the own upgrade of Samsung is late. We expected that the more recent flagship products (non-S25) are now updated, but that has not happened.
As I pointed out earlier in the week, a new leak gracious from Samsung Romania seemed to the failure of the updated calendar for galaxy owners. There was no official confirmation, and with several reports now sharing the dates, this is the probable calendar (for the moment).

Meanwhile, the owners of pixels who already have access to the beta version of Android 16 are about to receive the version of the new Google phone and the protection of the messaging scam. It is essential that Samsung is no longer delayed, and deployment does not slip further.
That said, none of the above dates have been officially confirmed, and therefore the news could get worse. It is already a chronology that has more than 6 months of pixel to cover the wallet. There will also be delays to reach all regions and carriers when Samsung provides the software available centrally.
After a delay, Samsung moderators have now responded to rumors. And although there is no flat denial that the dates themselves are correct, the semi-official declarations underline that there is no official calendar, and therefore no indicator must be considered very confirmed. We already knew that the dates were not yet formal, so it is not clear if that tells us something. It is certainly not a refutal of these disclosed delays.

The moderator has pointed out users to the stretched beta program as the only version of the company for the moment. “The beta program is still underway, and the team works hard to ensure a stable and optimized experience before the final version.”
This will not help frustration among the flagship owners, eager to get their hands on Android 15 and one UI 7. The moderator recognized it: “We understand that speculation around the server updates, disclosed calendars and the lack of official dates can be frustrating. Please know that Samsung is concentrated on the guarantee of a stable and polished version Timeline fixes until it is finalized. ” Bur, I don’t know how much it will help, and I will just seem more to the same thing.
