Help your mom navigate her iPhone or iPad, taking her display remotely
As long as you and your mom use an iPhone running iOS 18 Or later, or an iPad powered by iPados 18 or later, you can remotely control your mother’s iPhone screen and show her exactly how to solve her problem. The request for remote control of your screen is made via the FaceTime application on a video or audio call. You must also be listed in your mom’s contacts if you are going to resume her screen.

Here’s how you’re going to get there. Call your mom on FaceTime. When it responds, press the Share button. In the sharing sheet that will appear, press Ask to Share. Then ask your mother to press the Share on her screen button. This will allow you to see a fuzzy image of your call because you then look at things via its FaceTime application. Ask him to go to his home screen.

Once she opens her home screen, you can start sending her drawings that can serve as a steering because they will appear on her device. You want to send it to the new software update so that you can draw an arrow on the parameter icon. The drawings and animations will blow like dust in a wind storm so that the screen does not become too crowded.

To end the screen sharing, ask mom to press the sharing button on your iPhone or iPad.
