Zac Efron and Jeremy Allen White show off their chiseled physiques as they prepare to step into the ring in the trailer for upcoming wrestling drama Claw.
A24, the entertainment company behind the 2022 Oscar-winning film Everything Everywhere All at Once, has released a sneak preview of the highly anticipated film, which chronicles the real-life rise of the Von Erich wrestling dynasty in the 1980s .
“We are here to restore justice to the wrestling league our father built with two hands,” a voice is heard saying in the trailer, referring to the World Wrestling Federation that would eventually become known as WWE. “The hands passed down to us. These hands will give you the iron claws.”

What is “Iron Claw” about?
Written and directed by Sean Durkin (“The Nest”), this sports biopic tells the true story of the Von Erich brothers as they rose to prominence in the competitive world of professional wrestling in the ’80s.
The eldest and second-eldest brothers, bowl-haired Kevin (Efron) and Kerry (Alan White) are their father’s favorites. But that status came with strings attached, as they were influenced by his demanding and vain ambitions as he pushed them to further the legacy he created as a wrestler two decades ago.

Who is the cast of “Iron Claw”?
Although Efron, 35, rose to fame starring in Disney’s “High School Musical,” his role in “Iron Claws” marks his return to last year’s Vietnam War movie “The Greatest Beer Run” with Russell Crowe The latest dramatic turn since.” In 2019, Efron also played notorious serial killer Ted Bundy in Netflix’s Shockingly Vile and Vile.
